INSTALLATION FOR BURNING SUSPENSION VOLATILE FUEL, MOSTLY COAL-WATER ONE (CWF)

An installation for burning suspension volatile fuel, mostly of coal-water one consists of connected by means of feeder takeoff tank and boiler- or furnace unit, the last one is equipped with gas dust, smoke suction unit, dust catcher and blast unit, installation has as well tank with dosing unit for collection -removal of slag, screen surfaces and forechamber with furnace of low-temperature circulating boiling layer, in forechamber over quasi-liquefied layer with possibility of control of fuel supply nozzle is installed, at that boiler- or furnace unit is equipped with vertical forechamber made of refractory material, this is arranged as autonomous module with screen surfaces of heat takeoff, its furnace of low-temperature circulating boiling bed is placed in lower part, forechamber is connected by gas ducts in lower part through aerating grid to blast unit, and with the upper part it is connected to the main furnace of boiler-or furnace unit. In order to form in a single swirl flow of gasification products together with secondary air and to direct swirl mix obtained to main furnaceforechamber in the upper part is connected to main furnace of boiler with gas duct at tangent line to horizontal cross section of that furnace.
