METHOD FOR PREDICTING REMOTE METASTASES IN GASTRIC CANCER

A method for predicting the remote metastases in gastric cancer comprises X-ray examination, ultrasonic examination, tomography, histology, endoscopy, and the biochemical examination. In particular, the total tripsin-like, anti-tripsin activities as well as the activity of alpha-2-macroglobulin are assessed. The severity index is estimated. According to its value, the remote metastasizing may be predicted.
