摘要

A method for protection of the brain in correcting the aneurisms of the arch of aorta comprises the retrograde cerebral perfusion through the system of the vena cava superior and the femoral artery with the control of the pressure in the system of the vena cava superior within 100-150 mm of water within 13-14 DEGREE C in Trendellenburg position allowing for separating the brain off the physiologiccirculation up to 90 minutes sparing the adequate neurological functions.
