A method for prevention and correction of the heavy metal salt intoxication, where heavy metal is selected from thallium, lead and aluminium, comprises the intraperitoneal introduction of enomelanin in 6 hours after the intramuscular injection of heavy metal chloride compounds: thallium, lead and aluminium at a dose of 10 mg/kg of body mass correspondingly.
