METHOD FOR REVEAL OF ONCOGENES RET/PTC IN PAPILLARY CARCINOMAS OF THYROID GLAND

摘要

Method for reveal of oncogenes RET/ in papillary carcinomas of thyroid gland includes extraction of RNA from tumor tissue with performing reaction of back transcription and amplification of transcripts with respective primers. Amplification is performed by means of quantitative polymerization of chain reaction with determination of levels of expression of thyhrozincynase and extracell domains of gene RET with following evaluation of ratio of those. If the ratio is larger than two, one states presence of oncogenes RET/PTC.
