A method for the ultrasonic diagnosis of parameters of microstructure of the vitreous body, the space-occupying intraocular lesions and the pathological substrates (hemophthalm, exudate) located in the anterior part of the eyeball comprises the ultrasonic probing with the wideband crescent mode pulse signal with the record of the reflected signal and its spectral analysis. The examination is performed in transmission mode using the auxiliary ultrasonic converter, the analog-to-digital converter, the acoustic delay line, and the probing crescent mode pulse signal with the flat front.
