Chemo-luminescent gas analyzer of nitrogen oxides has through reaction chamber with first inlet as calibrated opening for gas being analyzed inflow, second inlet as calibrated opening for ozone inflow, and outlet that is connected to suction pump, and thermo-catalytic transformed of nitrogen dioxide to nitrogen oxide with pneumo-electric valve, and outlet measuring section. To increase reliability of operation and to improve metrological characteristics, to set luminodiode is additionally included, this operates in infra-red range of radiation and is placed in front of outlet window of reaction chamber at one optical axis with infrared light filter and photocathode of photoelectronic multiplier.
