METHOD FOR VITRECTOMY AT THE PROLIFERATIVE DIABETIC RETINOPATHY, COMPLICATED BY HEMOPHTHALMIA

A method for vitrectomy at the proliferative diabetic retinopathy, complicated by hemophthalmia, consists in ablation of posterior galoid membrane and in performing the endolaser coagulation of nervous tunic of eyeball. The central vitrectomy is carried out unde the infusion pressure of HO, after visualization of optic disc and retina central artery an operation is performed under the pressure of infusion, which equal the systole pressure in the retina central artery, lowered in HO. The dissection of basal vitreal gel is carried out directly after the cut of posterior galoid membrane in the corresponding merediane. The endolaser coagulation is carried out at the filling of vitreous body cavity and posterior chamber with perfluoro carboxylic liquid under the pressure of infusion, which equal the systole pressure in the retina central artery, lowered in HO.
