Method for monitoring of technical condition of reinforced-concrete structures of buildings and constructions includes classification and digital coding by types and specific evidences of rated parameters of defects of reinforced-concrete structures (RCS) and origins of occurrence of those at all the stages of operation, determination, classification and coding by types and specific indications of actual parameters of RCS defects, compilation of completed table of normative defects in cause-effect relation with rated origins of occurrence of those, determination of real causes of occurrence of actual defects and evaluation of technical condition of RCS. Preliminarily one performs classification and digital coding by types and specific evidences of rated parameters of defects of RCS and rated causes of occurrence of those by which real cause of occurrence of actual defect is determined at identity of code of actual defect to rated one, after evaluation of technical condition of RCS one determines category of its technical condition with following prediction of limiting permitted terms of removal of those for each category named, at that coding is performed as three-digit digital code.
