METHOD FOR ONE-STEP TREATMENT OF CONGENITAL BILATERAL UPPER LABIAL CLEFT

The method for one-step treatment of the congenital bilateral upper labial cleft comprises tailoring the cutaneous-subcutaneous flaps from the lateral areas of the median fragment and their mobilization and transfer towards the base of the wings of nose. For generating the red border, the frenulum of upper lip is dissected and the mucosa of the median fragment is used. The median flap is descended. The red border and the mucosa are overlaid onto the orbicular muscle of mouth. The skin of the lip is sewed. The triangular flaps from the wings of nose are sewed into the incisions in the membranous nasal septum. The vestibule of nose is generated. The skin of the lip is sutured.
