摘要

Method for immunological monitoring of course of acute lymphoblastic leukemia in children is in determination of IL-2 in blood serum at beginning of illness, during intensive phase of cytostatic treatment and support therapy and after complete course of program treatment and at different terms of long-term remission. The method makes it possible not only to increase accuracy of prediction for disease, though to individualize tactics of treatment in patients with this hemoblastosis.
