METHOD FOR CONTROL AND REGULATION OF WATER QUALITY BY METHOD OF BIO-TESTING

摘要

Method for control and regulation of water quality by method of bio-testing in technology of water preparation of drinking filled waters includes complex bio-testing of water with use of simple bio-tests, battery of bio-tests. Besides that, complex bio-testing is carried out in two stages, at first stage bio-testing is carried out with one-two simplest and sensitive bio-tests and by results obtained one performs correction of given stage of production of filled waters that produces toxic effect till decrease of toxic properties of sample, at second stage one uses battery of bio-tests that consists of plants, invertebrates and vertebrate animals, and set of bio-markers that includes cells of those, with complex determination of toxicity, cyto- and genetic toxicity of water, and after reveal of toxicity of water one performs correction of given stage of production of filled waters that produces toxic effect till obtaining positive results by all bio-tests and bio-markers used.
