Device for measurement of horizontal and vertical deformations of rock bulk and constructions on day surface has two wall (or earth) monuments, wire that goes over block from one of the monuments, support rollers, permanent suspended tension load, fixed scale with divisions, magnification glass, needle fixed on the other monument, protective metal or plastic pipe, device for measurement of vertical deformations (inclinations) of earth surface of under-worked constructions.
