System of energy saving means for water supply in cities and villages comprises complex of water-intake constructions and pump station of first water lift, at that pressure pipeline of pump units is connected to vessel for filtration of water. Pump units are installed being low power and low pressure, and axis of pressure pipeline is placed over geodesic mark of pipeline placement for water inflow to vessel for filtering and difference between those is not more than 1 atm.
