A method for arthroplasty of the cavity defect in the medial wall of the acetabulum in endoprosthesic arthroplasty of the hip joint comprises the replacement of the defect with the implant containing the autologous bone chips prepared from the resected head of femur. The autologous bone chips are mixed with the beads of the porous calcium phosphate biphase bioceramics based on hydroxyapatite (60% of the porous hydroxyapatite and 40% of tricalcium phosphate with the porosity of 40-70%). The bioceramics contains the micropores (up to 10 m in diameter) and the macropores (300-500 m in diameter). The ratio between the autologous bone chips and bioceramics is 1:2.
