A process for the preparation of composite differently metal oxides of stoichiometric composition by sol-gel-autoburning method, comprising the preparation of solution of ferrum salts (III) and bivalent metal, sedimentation with the help of organic substance of precursor of oxide phase and its further drying on air to the formation of composite oxide phase, besides as organic substance citric acid is chosen with its further neutralization by alkali and carrying out the autoburning process after drying.
