DEVICE FOR SUPPRESSION OF OSCILLATIONS OF CUTTING MACHINE SPINDLE

摘要

A device for suppression of oscillations of cutting machine spindle has a spindle shaft, inductive sensor, comparison device, master device and amplifier of electric signal. The inductive sensor is arranged as four inductive coils surrounding with gap spindle shaft of cutting machine connected to each other by differential bridge circuit. Indicator has additional inductive coils installed to each arm of bridge circuit, those are arranged with possibility of control of inductive resistance of each arm of bridge circuit, equipped with filter of electric signal. The filter, comparison device and electric current amplifier are arranged with possibility of formation of control signal as degeneration feedback and injection thereof to automated control circuit of cutting machine drive.
