METHOD FOR PROVISION OF WORKING CONDITION OF VERTICAL CENTRIFUGAL PUMP

A method for provision of working condition of vertical centrifugal pump includes designing of gasket, manufacturing and installation of that one to prepared previously places, alignment of shafts of the pump and electric motor along one axis, connection of pipeline for discharge of liquid from seals, earthing of pump, electric motor and frame, connection of devices and means for control, check and signaling and fire protection, check of direction of rotation of rotors, connection of half-clutches, implementation of start and run in with packing seal. The designing of packing seal and places of installation of the seal is performed with allowance for dimensions for face seals, and after run in one performs replacement of packing seal by face one.
