The method relates to experimental medicine and deals with formation of model of disease of extra-liver bile ducts that leadt to stricture of common bile duct and partial cholestasis. To basis of the invention problem is set to simulate dosed stricture of common bile duct of given grade. This is achieved through inclusion through small long cut of duct wall in proximal section to lumen of round-shape metal probe with respective diameter, with moving it in distal direction of duct with following scarification of outer surface of its wall and laying two subserous purse-string sutures with tightening those to probe, binding, and thus with formation of given stricture according to diameter of probe, with extraction of the last one and suturing edges of wound in side wall of choledoch
