The invention relates to medicine, in particular to the infantile nephrology, virology and haematology and can be used for treatment of children, suffering from glomerulonephritis with nephrotic syndrome and replicative form of viral hepatitis B. A method in concordance with present invention consists in that the Bicyklol antiviral agent is perorally prescribed at a dose of 50 mg per a day for 6 monthes, and additionally simultaneously the glomerulonephritis with nephrotic syndrome are treated with glucocorticoids at a maintaining dose for 6 monthes and with Sellsept at a dose of 500-600 mg/mfor 12 monthes.
