КАРДАННИЙ ВАЛКАРДАННЫЙ ВАЛ

The invention relates to area of machine-building, in particular to cardan shafts. A cardan shaft has telescopic shaft with joint couplings fixed at its ends, each of those consists of two forks mounted on roller bearings of cross element. According to the invention each cross element is arranged as central insert with four normal to each other conical openings connected to openings equipped with cylindrical threading to which pins are screwed in. The pins are connected to conical roller bearings that are in contact with covers. Covers are mounted in openings of forks with possibility of control of radial gap in bearings. Besides that each pin at one end is equipped with threading, and at the other end – with opening “turnkey” and is equipped with central opening for oil supply. The bearing covers are equipped with external threading corresponding to threading in openings of forks. And at outer end of the bearing covers are equipped with dividing openings for locking plate. The invention provides simplification of design, mounting and overhaul operations, and increase of overhaul period.
