To the system in addition are included module of technical and organization optimization of production process and module of optimization and modeling technological processes of coal extraction for development of optimal solutions, those are connected to each other and connected to main server, and n system-forming blocks that are blocks of system information exchange, is a part of each module of system and consist of connected in sequence respective units. The method and the system provide increase of reliability and level of safety, decrease of level of failures, increase of functional possibilities of control and increase of coal extraction.
