The invention relates to medicine, in particular to a method of diagnostics of vascular cerebral affection, namely of the arteriovenous malformations. The method involves vasography and transcranial Doppler sonography. The state of cerebrovascular hemodynamics is assessed by results obtained, and disease management policy is developed.
