A rotary crusher-dryer contains a feed device and a drying chamber. The feed device is made in the form of in-series located paired adjacent rollers. The feed device is equipped with a pair of adjacent loading and a pair of adjacent unloading rollers. Near unloading rollers a brush rollerthrower equipped with cantilevered crushers from elastic-yielding material located in rows. Adjoining the surface of revolution formed by the end parts of crushers, an output mouth of high-temperature chamber is located, which is equipped with a source of gas-thermal flow and is made with possibility of changing the direction of gas-thermal flow. The technical result consists in the guarantee of producing the fine-grinded raw material with high degree of dehydration regardless of the physical-mechanical properties of initial product and degree of its initial water saturation.
