METHOD FOR PRODUCING COMPLEX OF BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE SUBSTANCES WITH HYPOAZOTEMIC, HEPATOPROTECTIVE, ANTIOXIDANT, AND ANTI-INFLAMMATORY ACTIVITIES

The invention relates to a method for producing the complex of the biologically active substances with hypoazotemic, hepatoprotective, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory activities comprising the extraction of the ground herbal raw material with ethanol, the evaporation to aqueous rest, the purification with chloroform followed by the drying. The leaves of the black locust are used as the starting material. For the extraction, 12 volumes of 29-31% ethanol are used for 13-15 hours. Upon the evaporation at the temperature of 65 º, aqueous rest is settled for 12 hours and filtered. Chloroform is added four times at a aqueous layer : chloroform ratio of 2:1. The method can be used for obtaining the active ingredient for developing the drugs intended for treating the diseases of kidneys and liver. The drugs, which may be produced in various dosage forms, are advantageous for long-term use due to the mild effects, the lack of the toxicity and the side effects.
