A domestic split solar heating-refrigerating air conditioner comprises an indoor set and an outdoor set, wherein the indoor set substantially comprises an evaporator, an electric control board, and a fan, and the outdoor set is provided with a solar-energy storage device which comprises communicated an energy storage box and a vacuum thermal-collecting tube, and an filled energy-storage medium. An exchanger is arranged in the energy storage box while the tube at one end of the exchanger is connected with the evaporator of the indoor set via a condenser and the tube at another end of the exchanger is connected with the evaporator of the indoor set via a power driving device connected with the tube by an electromagnetic steering valve. The exchanger, the condenser, and the evaporator of the indoor set form a closed circulation channel filled with low-boiling-point circulation medium. The power driving device is an overflowing pump or a low power compressor. The invention has the advantages in good heating and refrigerating effects, low energy consumption, and low noise. The test has proved that the utility model can save electricity at least 46% than common air-conditioner.
