Method for manufacturing a sandwich structure of fabric and elastomer, comprising the steps of: providing a fabric (1) provided with at least minute gaps between fibers thereof; placing said fabric (1) with a side thereof on a mold (10) having at least resting portions (11) for the fabric (11) and at least regions (12) which are recessed with respect to said parts rest (11); applying an elastomer on said side of the fabric (1) opposite the side facing the mold (10); applying pressure to make the elastomer flow through said minute gaps; and removing the sandwich structure formed of said mold, characterized in that it comprises, between the steps of placing the fabric and application of the elastomer on one side of said fabric, the step of applying a separation layer (40) which is arranged between said fabric (1) and said elastomer (20), said separation layer (40) being adapted to break selectively in the recessed regions (12), to permit the elastomer to flow through the fabric (1) , said step of applying pressure action of flowing the elastomer through said fabric (1) only in the areas of fabric where there are small gaps in said recessed areas (12), once that occurs the selective breakage of the separation layer (40), in order to fill said recessed regions (12) and preventing the elastomer from flowing through the resting areas (11), and forming a series of elastomer regions (20a) separated from of or after that they are located only in said recessed portions (12) of the mold (10).
