The method involves preparing an aqueous or hydro-alcoholic dissolution, monomers, polymers, and initiating and cross-linking agents of photo-polymerization. The dissolution is applied for pulverization and atomization on a moving solid nucleus. A cover is formed by irradiation of solid nucleus during or after the application of the dissolution, using an ultraviolet or visible light source. The coated nuclei are dried and used as pharmaceuticals, medicine, cosmetic products, plant protecting products and fertilizers.
