The device has an intermediate part of a tilted pen to guide a network collection through a fixed pulley driving to a nearby part of the tilted pen. A hanging support element is provided, whose top end part is connected to the intermediate part of the tilted pen. A mounted base element is provided on a lower part of the hanging element with a support pin. A restrained roller is mounted on a rotating base by an element of a shaft in a cantilever, which has a pair of lateral plates mounted in both sides of roller body, and a joint mechanism with a hydraulic cylinder. An independent claim is also included for a method of collecting networks.
