The method involves extracting the extinguisher load and keeping it in containers. The content of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium is analyzed. The powder is weighed and 0.33 parts of calcium hydroxide is added to each part of powder. The product is introduced in a rotating cylinder that turns at 25 revolutions per minute for 10 minutes. The product becomes a paste after reacting mono-ammonium phosphate with calcium hydroxide. A detergent is added to facilitate the water dissolution of product and 0.5 to 7 millimeters grading is obtained. The grain obtained is cooled at room temperature.
