The system has a circulation route for a heavy body in a closed circuit, with a section of free fall by a vertical tube, and another section of return in ascent to upper part, which is arranged in an inferior end of the vertical tube. A device is also provided that is operated by the fluid inside vertical pipe falling on the heavy body, and in the later section the heavy body is carried to the top by an additional lifting support that acts by flotation in an aquatic unit.
