CAN) destined to route said data to the corresponding terminal, and at least one auxiliary communication network destined to perform an interface between said terminal and said access controller, the system characterized in that the auxiliary communication network being a cable communication network, the system also includes location management means (LS), separated from the terminal, and capable of generating information of location (LI1 ... LIN) representative of a geographical location of said terminal and for transmitting said location information to the call controller (CA1 ... CAN).
