The system has prefabricated modular concrete elements, which has columns, beams and panels, susceptible of fitting between each other for the assembly of construction structures. All elements are provided with dimensions that allow manipulation in work without being hoisted by crane. The prefabricated concrete is produced industrially in steel molds, in moulds multiple batteries of 12 units and horizontal columns equally in batteries of 10 units is provided. The foundation of the structure is isolated by supports for the columns and minimal continuous footing for the panels.
