The vascular prosthesis has an auto- securing system, which is used to repair or arterial substitution by endoscopic laparoscopic approach. The vascular prosthesis is manufactured in Dacron(RTM: Polyester fiber) polytetrafluorethylene, which removes the suture by an anchorage system in ends. The anchorage system is constituted by a circular mesh of nitinol or steel with a variable number of fixing hooks.
