The refuge feeder has a metal structure, which has vertical columns together at the top horizontal tube, and is lowered by as many tubes under the few remaining ends that supports roots in the soil. A cap is provided, which closes and protects upper trough in shelter placed outdoors. The vertical surfaces of plastic are provided, which are attached through thyme to the perimeter tubes. The horizontal tubes are provided, which has accommodation for placement of bars on vertical surfaces.
