For induction of somatic mutations in vitro, characterized by comprising 1) adding to the cells to mutate in culture conditions and a suitable medium for said cells, at least one combination of antibodies comprising anti- IgM chosen from a combination of anti-IgM and anti-CD19, a combination of anti-IgM and anti-CD21 antibodies and a combination of anti-IgM, anti-CD19 and anti-CD21, while 2) said anti -IgM are biotinylated and are subjected to a specific aggregation by streptavidin bound to a support.
