The injector has a perforated tube element divided into two parts. An outer ring is provided, which has moving parts. The former part or portion of terminal is inserted inside tubular element, and the later part introduces corps that is associated with each other, and allows coupled media to introduce the fluid in the structure, such as pipelines or pumping elements. An independent claim is also included for a method for consolidation and waterproofing works in a factory.
