The air-tight stopper screw has an external body or capsule, an internal body and a threaded deformable disc inside the threaded body. The distance between thread lead fillets to a backlash allows the vertical displacement of the cap, which in turn allows the body by lowering internal compression deformable disk. An independent claim is also included for a method of closure.
