An epoxy resin composition comprising: component (a) epoxy resin, component (b) initiating anionic polymerization and component (c) proton donor, wherein the amount of component (c) with respect to 100 parts by weight of component (a) it is 1 to 30 parts by weight; component (a) it is a liquid; and components (b) and (c) homogeneously dissolved in component (a).
