A first cone (7) having a smaller angle than a second cone (8) as defined by conical grippers (5) has an active front portion (7a) and a rear portion (7b) connected to the second cone. The rear portion of the first cone has a surface (15) with a concave curved profile as continuation of a recess for connecting the generatrix (13) of a cylindrical surface (9) to the generatrix (17) of conical grippers at critical section (18). The active front portion of the first cone has a configuration provided with the recess by connection with the cylindrical surface having an axis (10) inclined by an angle relative to the axis (12) of the pin, and generatrix spaced from the axis by the same distance as the radius corresponding to the end circle of the first cone. An independent claim is also included for a manual tool incorporating the pins.
