Procedure for the regulation of evaporators (4, 12) in refrigeration systems, in which the coolant is subcooled in condenser (2, 25) and wherein a heat exchanger (IWT) thermal internal between the evaporator (4) is used and a compressor (16) on one side and between a condenser (2, 25) and a valve (3) injection on the other hand, wherein the first variable controlled pressure (12) evaporation is used in the evaporator inlet (4, 12) as controlled variable the second temperature (11) subcooling refrigerant is used upstream of the valve (3) injection and thus determines and regulates the beginning of the evaporation (12).
