An aqueous free flowing composition comprising: (a) between 7% and 20% by weight of at least one anionic surfactant containing a sulfate of an alcohol derived from a linear alcohol or a branched synthetic alcohol, said alcohol may be alkoxylated; (B) between 2% and 6% by weight of at least one cationic surfactant having the formula (i) wherein R1, R2, R3 and R4 are each independently hydrogen or an organic group, with provided that at least one group R is not hydrogen, X represents an anion; (C) an amphoteric surfactant; and (d) water, wherein the total amount of all surfactants in the composition is between 8% and 30%, and with the further proviso that at least one of the anionic surfactant (a) or the cationic surfactant ( b) has at least one unsaturated aliphatic group or a branched aliphatic group; and wherein the composition has shear thinning properties of non-Newtonian and a stable viscosity under at least one freeze / thaw.
