Training apparatus for fighting sports (10) for movement training attack and defense, a base (12) elongated body with essentially circular cross section and resistance means (14) projecting, characterized in that - the base body (12) has from the head end (18) to the end of the base (16) a rear side flat (30), in which there are provided hooks (32) for fixing the housing means, - there are provided four means of resistance (14), namely two resistance means (14) which are arranged in an upper region (20) as simulation extended arms, a means of resistance (14) which is arranged in a intermediate zone (22) for simulating an adjacent arm, but angled in the direction of the user and a resistance means (14) which is arranged in a lower region (24) for simulating a lifted and bent leg in the joint knee in direction ng the background, - the base body (12) has a plurality of holes, which are insertable resistance means (14) and wherein the resistance means (14) are fastened releasably, - means resistance (14) they are movable fixed relative to the base body (12).
