Method for processing liquid waste from factories producing and preserved table olives, characterized by: a) acidifying the liquid waste to a pH value 5, b) biological processed in a bioreactor with a microbial population aspergillus, c) aerobic conditions for activating microorganisms, d) sedimentation of the biomass and e) chemical oxidation of the aqueous phase with hydrogen peroxide and catalyst.
