The invention relates to parabolic cylindrical thermal solar energy collectors including a stationary non-rotating tube, which resolve the problem associated with the rotating joints of traditional collectors. The invention consists of a double reflection arrangement with concentration of the solar radiation which, once concentrated, hits the heat-absorbing stationary tube housed in the central pivot of the collector which rotates about said pivot with the aid of an open U-shaped clamp concentric to the tube, but independent thereof. The aforementioned clamp supports the entire double structure of mirrors and the tie rods therebetween, by supporting all of same on the ends of the U which in turn engages with a bearing resting on a post located at each end of the collector, the above-mentioned stationary tube being secured to other independent posts.
