Milling tool for cutting hard and viscous or sticky terrain, comprising: - a body (10), - at least one motor (50) integral with the lower end of the body (10), which has a horizontal shaft of outlet and a practically cylindrical casing of diameter D3, - a plurality of milling members (40) arranged on a cylindrical surface, which have the shaft of said motor (58) on its axis; and - mechanical joining means for transmitting to the milling members (40) the rotational movement of the motor shaft, comprising: - a rim (56) having an outer edge (56a) disposed on a cylinder of diameter D1 on which said milling members (40) are fixed, an inner edge (56b) disposed on a cylinder of diameter D2 substantially greater than the diameter D3 of the engine, and a thickness e, according to the direction of the motor shaft much lower than the length L of the motor (50), - a solidarity member (54, 60) fixed on the end of the motor shaft; and said tool being characterized by the fact that the mechanical joining means further comprise: - at least two support elements (62) for mechanically joining said tire (56) to said solidarity member (54, 60) such that said tire (56) surrounds said motor (50) and travels with respect to said solidarity member (54, 60) according to the direction of said tree, whereby an annular space (64) is formed between the rim (56) and the motor (50) and cavities or recesses are formed between the rim (56), the solidarity member (54, 60) and the support elements (62) to allow the passage to the sticky or viscous material cut by said organs of milling (40).
