This invention is a coaxial delivery system for the delivery, and endo-vascularassembly of a multi-stage stent graft. Each stage or layer of the stent graftmaycomprise radially compressible spring portions (9). The system may have afirst sheath(11) which comprises a first portion (12) to enclose a stage (2), and a secondportion(20) smaller than the first portion (12). The system further has a secondsheath (24)configured to enclose the second portion (20) of the first sheath (11), andanother stage(4, 3). The multi-stage stent graft may be formed by the stage (2), and thestage (4, 3).
