Medical conditions of aplurality of remotely locatedpatients are monitored, diagnosed,prioritized and treated using acentral data processing systemconfigured to communicatewith and receive data from aplurality of respective patientmonitoring systems. Patientmonitoring systems are capableof receiving and storing patientdata and may include a medicinedosage algorithm for using thestored patient data to generatemedicine dosage recommendationsto a patient. A central dataprocessing system is configuredto obtain patient data from eachpatient monitoring system andanalyze the obtained patient datato identify medical conditionsof each respective patient. Acentral data processing systemmay include medicine dosagealgorithms. Identified patientmedical conditions for eachrespective patient are displayedin selectable, prioritized orderaccording to medical severity via one or more remotely located clients incommunication with a central data processing system.Modifications to medicine dosages, medicine dosage algorithms, patient fixedor contingent self-monitoring schedules, as well as othertreatment information, may be communicated directly to a patient or to apatient monitoring system.
