A method for identification of genetranscripts comprises the steps of generating a set of rawsequences by sequencing of biological material; isolatingditags from the set of raw sequences; isolating tags from theditags, determining abundance of the tags, and identifyingthe tags, the method providing a step of reducing theamount of sequencing errors by using a statistical modelfor sequencing errors.
