A manually operable tool for conducting lottery-type ticket draws, which is comprised of a rectangular main box divided into two compartments. The frontal compartment contains a removable, rotating, ticket-tumbler drum; a pivotal carrying handle, and partitioned sections to hold currency and envelopes. The rear, elevated compartment, contains a ticket dispensing mechanism, consisting of a ticket-roll holder and spring loaded tension-guide. The ticket-roll holder which is in alignment with the tension-guide supports a perforated double column ticket-roll. To prepare the ticket dispensing mechanism for use; the leading end of the ticket column is extracted from the ticket-roll and passed through the tension-guide and through a slotted opening in the end wall of the compartment. The adjustable tension-guide provides alignment and necessary tension on the ticket column to prevent roll-back. This rear inner compartment has an upper hinged door, that when closed, conceals the compartment.
